Cancellation Policy

We do not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders are final and can not be changed after submission. We do our best to ship all packages within 7 business days. In the event that your order has not shipped within 7 business days you may reach out to us at info@olubrand.com regarding your package or a refund.

Refund Policy

We will gladly refund items that are unworn and in new condition with all original tags attached. Customer has 7 days upon receiving their order to contact us at info@olubrand.com for a refund request. No refund request will be accepted if one fails to contact us first. For any returned items, you will not be refunded the cost of shipping and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Shipping

At this time, we are only accepting orders from residents that live in the United States (not including Alaska and Hawaii). All orders are shipped using USPS. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. Please allow additional days during the holiday season. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.
